Solar flares on Sun that generated the large Aurora over Lake County IL on November 5, 2001

The telescope is a Borg 50 mm f/10. The filter used is a Coronado 40 mm Solarmax. The picture was taken through a 12 mm Nagler with a Fuji film Finepix 6800 3.1 megapixel.
