Comet Hale-Bopp by Jack Kramer

This picture is a 4 minute piggy-back exposure on Fuji Super G 1600 film through a 135 mm telephoto lens at f/2.8. The camera was mounted on my 4" refractor, which has a clock drive; during the exposure, I guided on the head of the comet.
